It's a 5% spawn in the finale of dead center (according to the wiki)

I see. You know I've been playing the game since 2011 and NOT ONCE have I ever seen the Jimmy Gibbs zombie show up! That's why I though maybe the author meant a Charger, because it "races towards you."

That's swell, but what is a racer? Do you mean you may slay a Charger with it?
