Pretty much makes this ship unusable unless you tear it apart and rebuild it.
At the time of creation, "retractable" trains did not exist in the game. Since updates in the game, they are almost all retractable. I have not modified the model accordingly, which currently gives an average visual result (the trains retract and a part remains visible). Feel free to modify the ship however you like.
