well modern tanks have a fast turret speed, and i dont think it is too fast

@Xjoses well, i reduce the normal brake but handbrakes will make it roll if you go fast enough
@sgt.banana you can think that two cannon are AP and HE, AP is just a big shell that can penetrate things, it can only deal damage to light armor things, but have a chance of going through heavy armor.

yup, it suppose to be inside the turret but it is too big
so i replace the ammo storage there with it
