The only way would be to create a new mod with different settings.
Otherwise, yes, you could also activate and deactivate this mod.

Is there any way to make it so less vanilla heroes spawn from the stage coach, instead of removing them entirely? I want to see if I can get a better balance of vanilla and dlc/workshop heroes after I complete quests.

Very good idea and I like how the dlc characters are still there. Though may you please disable trinket spawns for heros that have been disabled?

UPDATE : Now, this mod only focus on removing the Vanilla Heroes from the Stage Coach! Everything should up to date by now! :steamhappy:
