The janitor services are for when they drop the cake on the floor. also this thing pays a good amount of rent so its a good way to save my money or boost it. i always want to make a cake shop for more moneys

@Capque Thanks! I do all of my art for my mods in PH using Adobe Photoshop. I start with a blank canvas and I just draw using mouse or drawing pad (Wacom). There are various ways to create pixel art, you can also use Illustrator, Gimp, or the Windows default Paint program if you're really keen. Project Highrise has a very forgiving art style, so I find it fairly easy and enjoyable to create brand new art assets. Hope this answers your question :)
