@titanspeakerman77 if you're willing to, you're free to decompile and modify the addon to add your own sounds and music, and then publish it to the workshop
If you have a bit of time in your hands, it's really easy to do, there should be many tutorials online

I don’t play gmod anymore and don’t really remember everything. You’ll have to extract this addon’s .gma file iirc (if I remember correctly). You should be fine if you replace a current mp3 file (use the same name). Else, you’ll have to modify the code, but it’s really easy, you should be able to do that with basic knowledge.
