It was my error! My Mod order was the culprit...Sorry All is well and belongs to me again ...

This is a first. Everything is in red-items to take Stolen But when in my inventory they appear as not stolen...UM! I also cannot sleep here because I am Trespassing. Truly weird...The Other area Forge can be used without problems still says stealing but after I forge or repair its mine...As always could be my error but I just wanted to mention in case it's not...

silvermane34 you might have to pick the lock, if your skill is high enough. (That's if you haven't already figured out how to get in.)

A fantastic abode for the more experienced, and even the beginner, adventurer alike. Especially helpful for storage for those of us who have collected numerous objects from around the world, but I love the armour and the ability to Shout whenever you need. I have to say that the vanilla game didn't make me feel particularly Dovahkiin when my experience didn't seem to make much of a difference. It hardly seemed worth bothering with a lot of quests because of the rewards given for most of them, but the house, crafting smithy, storage, alchemy, enchanting table, kitchen en-suite archery range (great idea!) and hidden bedroom are brilliant incentives to keep going in a world that doesn't really appreciate what you're doing for it. The armour helps a great deal too! :D

where are the keys to get in ?

@ElderGamer1 I haven't tried making a version for the SE. I honestly haven't touched this in years until today. I'm currently rebuilding the mod from the ground up and might have an updated version after this weekend. I'll keep you posted.

i love your mod nice work,been using it 1600 hrs. now there is a problem another mod called
simple house 4 esp loads with it and crashes the game. i have deleted it from all folders but it
comes right back when reloading your mod. hope you can it. my game does not seem right
without your mod genevas house in it. keep up the good work. thanks

Hey everyone! Sorry for disappearing! I lost all my mod files in a hard drive failure, I've been rebuilding Geneva's house with some features and fixes that I've wanted to implement for a while. The next release WILL require all DLC, so get ready for that.

After a little bit of work, I managed to get the armor enchantments set up for adding to other armor. I had to add some lists but now I can enchant any armor I want too.

I use it with appreciation. Too bad the spouse cannot join me.

I had to do some minor editing to the mod today, I really wanted a 2-handed version of the sword. It was not that hard to do and now I can build 2-handed as fast as 1-handed and archery.

I have been using this mod for a long time and it is one of my staples for the game.

Just wodering if the have been any major updates or changes that maybe I missed while I was away for a bit of a time...

I also love this Home...I was able to use the Black Mage Armor Mod for myself and Followers and it looked awesome! You will have all your materials at the House "Don't run low" Live well and look dangerously Beautiful!!

This truly is my favorite mod, but where can I find more arrows or where how can I smith them? also, would it be possible to make more armor for my followers? thanks, Keep up the great job Kelly and please keep me updated.

very fine mod! only one prob....I can disenchant all of Geneva's clothes, but the game won't let me apply the enchantments to other articles(like heavy armor!) what gives?

there is only one door and its the one where you do your metal work at.

when i go up to the door it says i need a key to open the door...???

I've started a newgame and you know you home is perfect and I do not have to use "all" the goodies yet...But when I found all the goodies I was pretty overwhelmed and gave in...I usually have too many enemies lurking around me so I can safely appreciate a well placed locked door and bars around the Crafting area...All your locks will keep out unwanted visitors right?
