Geneva's House V 0.5

Description
On the backside of Whiterun, a long abandoned house is finally realy to reveal its secrets. Created by a forgotten seer who foresaw the coming of the Dovahkin to Skyrim. She wished to aid whoever they might be in their coming trials and challenges and so buit a place of refuge and renewal. Claim her house as your own and discover the wonders she created for you.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Mod Features:
-Full crafting areas with specifically marked storage
-Player owned bed for full resting bonus
-Kitchen and Dining room with attached Archery range to keep your skills sharp
-Weapon display cases
-Shower
-Fully Navmeshed, OK for companions.
-Currently only requires the base Skyrim game.

-----------------------------------------------------------

I've been slowly learning the Creation kit for the past year and finally have a mod that I'm confident enough to release. I hope Geneva's house is enjoyable to all Dovahkin who subscribe to it.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Version 0.5: The public beta. This has most of the major features I wanted already included

-----------------------------------------------------------

Plans for the future:
-Lower entrance to underground mining area,
-Better clutter and decorations to enhance immersion,
-Working potion rack in Enchanting area.
-Working bookshelves.
-Quest from reading a book to learn about the key that unlocks the house to make it truly owned by the player.
-Other cool features and functions from Hearthfire, Dawngaurd, and Dragonborn

It was my error! My Mod order was the culprit...Sorry All is well and belongs to me again ...

This is a first. Everything is in red-items to take Stolen But when in my inventory they appear as not stolen...UM! I also cannot sleep here because I am Trespassing. Truly weird...The Other area Forge can be used without problems still says stealing but after I forge or repair its mine...As always could be my error but I just wanted to mention in case it's not...

silvermane34 you might have to pick the lock, if your skill is high enough. (That's if you haven't already figured out how to get in.)

A fantastic abode for the more experienced, and even the beginner, adventurer alike. Especially helpful for storage for those of us who have collected numerous objects from around the world, but I love the armour and the ability to Shout whenever you need. I have to say that the vanilla game didn't make me feel particularly Dovahkiin when my experience didn't seem to make much of a difference. It hardly seemed worth bothering with a lot of quests because of the rewards given for most of them, but the house, crafting smithy, storage, alchemy, enchanting table, kitchen en-suite archery range (great idea!) and hidden bedroom are brilliant incentives to keep going in a world that doesn't really appreciate what you're doing for it. The armour helps a great deal too! :D

Thanks so much for your reply! Your mod has been such a helper for me. No matter what type of Dova I play. Thank you so much!

@ElderGamer1 I haven't tried making a version for the SE. I honestly haven't touched this in years until today. I'm currently rebuilding the mod from the ground up and might have an updated version after this weekend. I'll keep you posted.
