Either way, ONE Ringworld be hard enough to maintian and build in a system but more then ONE is like asking for it to go horriblably wrong.
In all the orbital logistics of this would be a nightmare.
(let alone if they orbited like the picture No sunlight for the back two then.)
I like the imagination of the mod, but it only makes me cringe to think of using it sorry.

If this is what you want then go for it
As I've looked into it before anyway - no overrides, only adds new system initializers and two start events (one sets encountered_first_gateway flag, other for "ideal_planet_class = owner.capital_scope").
Should be compatible with all mods.
Though compatibility info is always nice to see in the description, +1.
