Is there anything on how to use it?

BadRang it's a texture, you have to add override materials to the model, show it in the element viewer, go to the model you want to retexture, right click it and add a string that says "$basetexture", then copy one of the textures it says above "includes", then paste it into the blank bar on the right.

So I subscribed to the eye texture thing but I can't find it in my sfm model. How do I add the eye itself to the sfm?

1.) Neither is TF2, but people like it anyway. (The closest games that comes to realism to my knowledge for Valve is I believe "Counter Strike: Global Offensive", and Rockstar's "Grand Theft Auto V")
