It says that it's a DI Riptide promo weapon, but I think that it seems to be more of a BL2 Psycho class weapon

It actually comes from Dead Island,it is called the bloody baseball bat. I ts based off of the buzz axe though. Look it up, closer to DI than to BL.

I think its special little thing should be that if you kill enough enemies and power up a bar in the corner you get double health and double damage until the bar goes empty (note you can use the ability whenever you want) and if it may be a little OP give it no random critical hits
