RC8 Update has been pushed, this update focuses on lowering intensity of the late game with crescendo/finale changes. Testing new compiler this version (and has reduced memory by 10 MB it seems), more in the changelog.

I've updated Jungle Lab to RC7, this update makes gameplay changes and fixes the Engineer exploit at the finale now that zombie double jump has been removed, more in the changelog.

Could you possibly make an adventure map that has bots that can chase you? or something like this but with zombie NPCs. i'd love to see it.

Any chance I could take a crack at porting the map over to SZF? (The version of ZF with weapon pickups and custom special infected)

Uhhh, looks like there's a problem with the ZF port. It's fullbright. Are you planning on fixing that?

RC1 update, this'll be the version converted first to Zombie Fortress. If that goes well then you can all expect a Super ZF conversion to go along with it.

I used tf_glow and associate the model with it. It then gets handeled by triggers to turn on and off.

@Shelby aha I hear and see already when play testing it alone... it very good i like it a lot and glowing items too! just like L4D. how do you do that?! I really want to try it some day's i'm not a mapper by the way but, i do love to create and think so many things! for short it "I;m not a mapper, just know few how to make it basic."

I use audio cues every time something happens in the map, and anything breakable has an overlay patched on it. I see how server commands help with unclear instructions, and I've made sure to use more interactive ways for explaining game events.

For szf_ map file if you read the guide from redsun.tf now you may know how to do it now. they is a few table in human team room so you have to put the weapons there. And DON'T FORGET! change spawn points of humans and zombies team both "Zombies Fortress" and "Super Zombie Fortress" mode red are humans and blue are zombies. and make sure when the humans pass other arena the zombies need to go forward too!

and lastest 3th one is gates textures. some few gates are textures but, at rocket gate room and final gate are error purple textures.

2nd this all about "Zombies Fortress" and "Super Zombies Fortress" version. let's go with zf_ version first. you have to re-work doors/gates way to capture point and add "filtername" key inside the "trigger_capture_area" just hit the SmartEdit off and then click "Add" and type "filtername" in key box. Value box is you filter_activator_tfteam entity name. for ex. Key: filtername Value: red_filter. and it done if blue team or red team try to stand on capture points they can't block the capture points anymore. Hello There, Shelby. I'll would like to give you a feedback and some spot need to be fix. ok here go nothing! it gotta be a LONG feedback you have to read them.

First one this "point_servercommand" entity. on "Otaku Gaming" Zombie Escape Mode Server I go ask one of staff of Otaku Gaming he/she say: Need point_servercoomand for yellow chat text message. so you have to re-work the message that give you to players they will be a lot of players didn't know the doors, gates, walls etc. is open!

I tried Zombie Escape out, and as a player of Zombie Survival, I find it kind-of annoying. The one-hit KO zombies can do, the unbalanced and often broken map rotation, and the helplessness a survivor has unless they follow the path exactly cause me despair. Perhaps you should make a ZF/SZF version of this map as well?

I am failing to find any good-quality servers. I can only find Zombie Fortress, Super Zombie Fortress, Zombie Survival and ZombieMod servers. Could you please link some to me?

ZE comes from Counter Strike where you're running in panic from player controlled zombies. Recently, it was ported to TF2 and rose quickly in popularity.
