Just hit the big green subscribe button, and that should place whatever you subbed to into your download cache in game. You can check by going to the "download" tab in the item creator. You can either make it from there directly, or just type the item name in the notebook. In this case it's just "Nito"

I haven't had this issue, but some people report needing to restart their game for this stuff to work. If you have any issues, check the discussion boards for further help.
