and waht's this about starting a blog? i have one. but "captive audience" not a good look if i'm being altruistic? what insanity is this?
you're not makine sense.
Valve don't care what developers do with their games nor if said developers bring their games to Steam or not. And only developers are the ones who decide that. Of course you don't want to start your own blog because you know no one cares what you have to say - so you take advantage of a captive audience. Not a good look if your motives are truly altruistic.
And the thing about non-censorship - well you have to then deal with hearing things you don't want to hear, on places you don't want to hear it. You get to be the captive audience now. If you want to talk the talk, then walk the walk. Now you know how it feels to wear the other shoes.
