This isn't the race mod, but to answer your question, no they do not spawn on planets. The familiars do come as tenants though, and every race can craft their furniture at a crafting table.

Hi! Odd request, but could you please increase this mod's priority to 8889? Doing so will make it compatible with Familiar Hoodie. The clothing items provided by Familiar Hoodie won't really be applicable once this mod is used, but some people (like myself) may be reliant on other items added by the mod and can't remove it.
