As far as I know it shouldn't be a problem using it with birds and flocks, that mod adds in new instances of the same markers, though I haven't seen anything definite on whether or not it changes the same one as I do. If you're worried about a possible conflict I could try get in touch with the author of it and see if he's changed that marker too.
The audio often glitches for a couple days in a new game then stops which could be why you've never heard it, that's an even more immersion breaking problem, you're lucky you've not come across that one! lol.
@Waffle-SS Junior: Yes, without this mod that bird in the picture will be in a tree between Riverwood and Whiterun, glitched out.
Bonder: It's a marker for a bird flock animation spawn point, Bethesda had it incorrectly placed so I fixed it :)
ChromePlate: I thought it was to do with one of the mods I use at first, but I found out other people were seeing it so my curiosity had to be satisfied on what it actually was and if I could fix it, lol. It was annoying me too.
Man every game that has been annoying me, and at every char startup i think to myself, they must have patched that, but nope. lol
Seriously, I am thrilled that you figured this out and made a fix!
