Here's all three:
1: (ABSOLUTE BEGINNING) Top of the shipping crate in the cargo bay
2: (MIDDLE OF LEVEL) In the last room on the bottom floor, there's a hatch on the floor between the two entrances
3: (ABSOLUTE END) In the final room, behind two sliding doors directly behind the lever

Found 2 coins, it was easy but I cannot seem to find the last one and I doubt it's hidden on one of the many seats since it is that big, overall great map for a short mission done solo/with friends.

Yeah I saw that. I need to work out why it does that, although I imagine it has to do with the game defaulting the spawnpoint to the map's origin. In the meantime, there's no shame in quickly noclipping to escape

make sure that the gamemode and gametype is correct, My hunch for why this happened was that your spawn was blocked somehow and it defaulted to something else, but like I said, it's just a hunch.

I'm not sure how many "rooms" I've entered but I THINK after the 3rd/4th room, I was killed by bots and spawned under stairs.
Like I said I got stuck, I couldn't move anymore it happened 2 times till i quit.

If you're having problems with the map, you're gonna have to go into more detail than "got stuck after dying"

Played this map today can't tell much about it expect that me and a friend got stuck after dying.
Couldn't do anything about it and didn't feel like to restart it so we just stopped playing it.
