Reason is the sound is x ammount of time so the full thing will not fit on there without being distorted beyond recognition. The x ammount of seconds is 1 second technically. In actuality the time is1 and 2/10s of a second that is why it sounds cut off. in the actualt file that replaces the explosion the file has all of the sound but in the mod it gets 2 tenths of the sound cut because of the game mechanics.

In fact, I just had an idea. You know those particle effects people have been putting on thier hunters? The ones that make hunters leave a trail of some color behind as they jump? I think it would be great if you could put a glowing particle effect on the grenade's smoke trail that's the same glowy blue as the lazor in the vids.

Ya the files you change are only 1 second long so trying to fit longer sentences in doesn't work as well.
