Due to a few complaints in messages I got about the follow cursor particle effect, I decided to remove it (I honestly do think it looks better without the particle effect anyway)

If anyone wants it added back, let me know

I abolsutely love this, it's really a blast from the past. The one thing I don't exactly love is the mouse tracking particle, it's not a big thing and I can certainly live with it, but I just don't love it being there.
