I just unlocked the safe house and want to use my quick sorting station but it doesn't seem to work? some of the items get sorted but I don't know where they go. I haven't added any other rooms yet. do I have to enable something to get it to work

Well, I've managed to recover some of my old saves directly from my old computer and there the safehouse works fine. I'm downloading the dlcs again now to test it with them. Thanks for the help!

Maybe, But it shouldnt matter unless you saved over it with the safehouse plugin disabled, If you did they are probably gone.

If the plugin is active and the items are actually there in the save file then it should work.

My old saves are from 2014 so I think I'm covered there since the last update is from 2013. I tried again and the courier found me and gave me the quest all over again. I did it to see if maybe my things were there expecting me when I re-entered the safehouse but it seems it was not my day... So... the mod is working but does not recognise being there in the save from before. Could the things have been moved to another location by the game when it did not recognise the safehouse?

I think the .esp for every version is labelled 1.0, the one from steam is 1.4 and there are previous versions on the nexus if 1.4 doesnt work.

Yeap, I checked the "Data Files" and is enabled, though I now notice that it says "safehouse1.0", 1.4 being the current version, do you think this has somehting to do with that?

Hi! I know you are done with this mod since a long time, but I thought that it wouldnt hurt to ask: I've recently gotten the dlc for skyrim and decided to give it a new spin after a long time not playing, so long I've even changed computers in the meanwhile. I downloaded the game again with the information from the cloud which has my old saves and mods but when I loaded the save I couldnt get to the safehouse via map nor via spell and I didnt even had the quest in the journal. I tried disabling the dlc and tried again but nothing. Do you have any clues as to what could I do? I had all my collectibles there (claws, artifacts, books, etc etc) and wouldnt want to lose them... Anyway, thanks if you can help and thanks anyway for the mod if you cant. Cheers!

SAVE YOUR GAME!

~ to open console
Type "tcl" to disable clipping
~ to close console

Go through the wall and grab the masks

~ to open console
Type "tcl" to enable clipping
~ to close console

That should do it.

Tcl is a console command to disable clipping allowing you to go through walls. The actual masks are stored in the barrels. All my script does is check those barrels. If there is a mask present than the display bust is switched to a version with the mask. It seems as after waiting in game after a certain amount of time the cell resets and the display bust reverts to the one without the mask. I could have scripted it to constantly check the barrels i guess but that is a huge waste of resources and could lead to memory issues.

Like i said i havent worked on this since 2012 so im trying to remember specefics.

and i have to say quest activates perfectly (too perfectly lol) i tested a fe mods and the quest activated now i have to delete a fe auto saves because im streaming my play through and i really wanna feature the whole mod opps lol

Anything that modifies vanilla weapon racks would affect the safehouse aswell. Same with manaquins.

The mask displays I made myself so youll have to use tcl to retrieve the missing masks. (Not sure why they dissapear, probably game engine bug.

Its using the vanilla weapon racks so the issue lies there with weapons. For the masks if you tcl through the wall behind the displays they will be in a bunch of barrels. Not sure why they dissapear. And lastly the prison is optional. You arent required to buy the upgrade.

Lastly the last time i worked on this was 2012. I have moved on to other things.

i havent used it yet but i have 3 things to say first this mod sounds AMAZING! 2nd will items bug out of displays and disapear like in the buildable houses in vinellia (not even gonna try to spell that correctly) if so can you fix it i lost my whole collection of dragon claws and way too many weapons most painful loss was the goast blade "in" a rack and lastly IF your still updating this can you make the crime part optional im so tired of paying bountys and breaking out of jail

• Mottierre won't speak about the upgrades
Solution - There is a bug regarding updates of global variables. Leave the safehouse entirely, wait 24 hours in-game. Save your game and then reload that save. This will resolve the global variable issue and Mottierre will speak.

Id also add a more extensive trophy room. The trophy room has very too few mannequins considering how many suits of armor out there that I can collect to put on display, if for no other reason than because I can. Heck, Ive used all the available trophy space, and I already need more.

First off, this is the best home so far, out of the 50+ i've tried. teleporting, layout, merchant, different areas, storage, etc. If i knew i would only get crafting, private, & armory areas. No attacks = no gards, barracks, dungeon needed. don't have to purchase is great touch. auto sort is ok but, the amount of storage, racks, manicans is GREAT. Only 3 bugs i know of= cloths invisible on manicans, random items fall on floor, and dragon mask can't retrieved. Thanks a lot.

It keeps telling me to defeat the drougr forces, but it says the quest is no longer active and there are no more living drougr..

I used this mod in my last playthrough. On my present playthrough, I have Vladmire Castle mod. But I got so used to the Safehouse teleporter in my first go around, I felt naked without it. This safehouse mod is cool. It's sorting system is wonderful. I did not care much for all the cells but all in all it held up perfectly through the entire game. I have subscribed to it again just for the teleporter. It is by far the best teleporter available anywhere and I strongly think it should be offered as a stand alone mod.

the only thing the safehouse needs is a cook who sells food and base ingredients to me. Say about 5 of each cooked food item and 10 of each uncooked raw ingredient.

Awesome, awesome, awesome mod. Just what I was looking for.
If you could implement a name tag for the artifacts (kinda like the ones with the masks) and also picking the artifacts one by one instead of having to take down all of them.
