What makes you think I was going for balance/realism/practicality with this?

Flies way too fast to be thrown by a normal human. Explosion is far too large and powerful to have any practical use. Good weapons are balanced, not god hands.

Isn't this the same base as the Rocket Propelled Chainsaw swep?

The weapon lands/is thrown slighty to the right of wherever it is being thrown (basically misses targets). It also explodes for no reason. Please fix these errors.
