why does it not go down tho?

To make the rims i layered the rims added in the last update over each other. I rotated one using the presice rotate tool (Shift + wsad). to get a better look just reverse engineer them by taking it apart.

Thx for the feedback, as to the driving being a little twitchy, i know exactly what you mean. I tried my best to limit that but there's only so much i can do.
