Real sad, me and my friend were looking for some good maps and these looked to be the best ones out there, so unfortunate they dont work.

Hello guys. With the later version of the AV UMW mod out there, I have finally decided to go back making maps. I will probably release new versions of these old maps as well as 2-3 newes ones within the next few weeks. Stay tuned!

Step 1 find where your downloaded mods are stored.
Step 2 cilck on this mod then left click properties
Step 3 open mod.info (open it with notepad)
Step 4 change the MinGameVersion to this "3.115" and the MaxGamVersion to this MaxGameVersion "3.262.1"
Step 5 click save
Step 6 close it
Step 7 start your game up and see if it worked

does anyone know any maps that are actually updated? it seems like every single map is out of date? also how do you get atleast the tyranids to work since the rus add on mod is also out of date?

Unfortunatly not. I asked the devs and it is up to them wether they restore the maps or not. But I can tell you that I am making good progress on a new big map, still a lot of work to do. Maybe I can release it next week! Hold tight ;)

Sure! Actually it is not bad that the devs changed a lot of the files, everything is a bit more organised now. Unfortunatly you have to restore the former maps because of that...

I contacted the devs in order to restore the maps. That's all I can say for now but it may take a while until this becomes playable again .... On the other hand, I am planning on doing some new maps and will release them in a sepparate mod.

"The folder "w40k_construction" was deleted, objects from it were moved to the folder "construction \ umw40k"
ATTENTION !!! cards made on the old version of the mod can lose most of the objects."

If you have maps that need to be restored (very necessary), we (UMW40k) are ready to spend for this time. Contact me for more details.

@FRONT_BEAST well its still under development as they just released a sub mod update today that gives orks and tyranids. But I guess ill have to wait for some new maps.

Yes you are right. It seems that the UMW 40k is no longer in developement and there have been some changes to the mod. Therefore assets, meshes etc. a missing. Also it doens't seem to suppirt AI skirmishes no longer.

All my maps seem to be missing things and im not sure why. I think they are just missing entities but I dont know why since I have all the nessicary mods downloaded. Its not just for this map pack, but for other maps i have downloaded aswell. Thanks.

ohh okay well i have that one too.. but it seems that WH40K inspired maps are better to be played than the MOWAS2 vanilla maps maybe beacuse of the vibe and atmosphere.. anyways great job on the mappack i hope more maps will follow

so this Maps have functioning AIs? although i can play with someone it'll still be freaking awesome!! can anyone add me pls wanna really play this MOD with someone lol
