Yeah all 4 require WOTC, and sometimes the voice lines will just be silent for one action, but the same action next turn will be fine. I think it had to do something with the process of finalizing the sound bank and I may have done it wrong since this was my first pack. I also can't fix it unfortunately because I lost the source files for the Seinfeld four
