The transparent glass balconies really flicker at a distance. Is this something to do with my video settings? Any way around it?

Thank you @baronjutter. But this is not a panel house like many Soviet buildings. This building is being built in Astana, it has a reinforced concrete structure, and the facade of the building is sheathed with ceramic granite and special panels

These are great. I've been looking for some repeatable apartments that look good assembled into vast complexes, but the workshop is 99% full of soviet-era apartments. Nice to see a simple and blocky but modern set of apartments.
