Define false flag?
If one of the author decides to flag it because its reupload without authorization, it will pass.
That doesn't mean others still can't flag it for the same reason - there's no false about that either, it simply has only a slight chance of passing.

I think the whole point is regardless if they tell you to take it down or not, its still not a good idea to be reposting stuff that had been removed. If things get removed from workshop its typically for a reason and yes a good one, i personally dont think you have the rights to upload it again when its not actually yours. Not cool yo... not cool indeed.

'removed for good reason', what's wrong with an OP gun if thats your reason? There's plenty of others, one more isn't going to hurt, also if people don't want it because it's doing something wrong, they can do something called 'Uninstalling it'...
