Uh oh i never used photoshop, my idea was to just grab the block templates and lay the track down 1 block at a time, it would take a long time but i would have more control over it. Thank you for the info, once i get some time i'll get right to it :>

Now added Donut Plains 3. This track has some tricky curves, meaning power-ups are harder to use and gaining the racing line is more important than ever.

Switch tracks by unlocking the board (mouse over the board and hit L) then stashing the old one in the Circuits bag, Place the new one and lock again. Don't forget to remove the old Koopa Karts and place new ones on the grey spots, and item boxes on the purple spots.

Thanks for the offer, pancake! I make them in Photoshop:

1. Take a reference image for the track and use as background layer
2. Copy/paste template layer gridlines into the shape of the track
- It needs to be wider and shorter than the original or else the game takes hours. It took several failed tracks to discover this
3. Tidy up any gridline differences, such as where the track narrows
4. Take brushes of the scenery (grass, track, trees etc) and redraw the background
5. Flatten the image as a PNG
6. Upload into TTS as a board. I've created a bag for new tracks so they can be swaopped in and out.

It's the grid that takes a long time, rotating and laying the layer copies to look right, and adjusting the corners. I've made three tracks, which includes two 'test' tracks that took far too long in playtesting, and they probably took 4 or 5 hours each. New ones will hopefully be quicker now I have the brushes and templates.

There are more circuits in the works, but the gridlines take quite a long time to make.
