Really love the Rejuv spell. Saved my arse a few times. I have so much magicka I don't notice it missing really. HP? Well... My comment on the 1st pack kinda explains that one. My issue with this pack is the Quietus spell and, of course, the damage of spells. Like before, I think you should add in skill level scaling or MCM options. I was entertained by the lightning ball, but just have a hard time finding good uses out of things anymore.
Urag, Orc male, elder, usually found in the Arcanium, in the College of Winterhold, sells the spells.
