This mod is obsolete, as anomaly fail chance was removed. The mod won't be updated anymore.

As of 2.1, anomolies don't use a chance based system anymore, so this mod is obsolete.

Version 2.0.3 is out so you should change the version number to that or 2.0.x

@Zygrus
I would need to look into that, I don't think the vanilla system supports that, so I would have to make a custom solution.

For a more vanilla balanced approach with same end results, could make it need a larger reduction to get rid of the last 5%. So if you have -15% over what you need to get it to 5%, then it's 0%.

Thanks :)

Would it be possible to change the version number to 2.0.x or 2.0.* so it is recogniced by the launcher as a fully updated mod?

needs to be updated

The 0% exception that I’m aware of is Terraforming Candidate.

@sodacactus there are a few that have a 0% like the pre-sapient on planet ones but for the most part the coded a minimum chance to fail on most of them, i agree with the mod author, losing a lvl 5 scientist to a botched lvl 1 anomaly is ridiculous
sodcactus 27. feb. 2018 kl. 0:28
But isn't that already in the vanilla game? I had several anomalies with 0% chance of failing in 2.0
Peter34 26. feb. 2018 kl. 14:26
Why not a more nuanced approach?
