you can place the wheels if you build them first ( before the vents rear side or lights and panels front )

try grinding off the suspension and put it on your self, or extend the cab, the game may think its occupying the same space as the other wheels.

I like the model alot, but sadly its not survival ready :(
The wheels of front and at the back won`t snap to it when you build it with a projector or anything. Even when you manual add the wheels.
