Why would you want entertainment and water park districts anyway?

Further to my last comment, nearly a year ago, this mod has been working as is described above with the Entertainment district always available but the Water-Park district availability depends on the suitable terrain [Coast and Lake tiles] being available within the City Boundary. Thank you Uzurk for the work done in updating the Mod for the Gathering Storm expansion, and for making this mod in the first place. A pity that having both Museums doesn't also allow the Concert Hall to have its exclusivity removed but that's just icing on the cake really.

@I Am Groot : This mod does not allow competing districts to be built. all it does is remove the exclusivity of building upgrades within several districts so that you can build all buildings within a district as they become available with completing research on the research node that introduces them to the game play. However it does not seem to work any more since the upgrade to "Gathering Storm" and I particularly miss being able to have both Barracks and Stables on Military Encampments.

the district exclusivity is still there. can't build a entertainment complex and a water park at the same time :< please fix :)

@Charles George Gordon - Previous to the GS release, my experience was that this mod allowed one to build BOTH food market AND shopping mall in the FIRST neighborhood of EACH city. NEITHER building was available for subsequent neighborhoods in those same cities, regardless of whether ONLY ONE or BOTH of the buildings existed in the first neighborhood.

I surmise that the game developers envisioned only one neighborhood district per city. Their lack of vision is not surprising, as they seem bent on containing the game into a highly controllable fiefdom. Unfortunately, their worldview is quite unsatisfying once one is introduced to modding, which the developer only pays lip service to supporting.

That doesn't happen to me when I build multiple buildings in the same district. Maybe that is just a Mac thing?

I haven't noticed any UI issues with this. I don't see why it wouldn't work with Vanilla or Mac, but it's untested on those things.

Is this the same as Mutually Exclusive Removal mod? When you do build a stable and a barracks in the same encampment district does an exclamation mark pop up and the district borders vanish - sort of an UI issue - as it does with that mod? Works with vanilla and mac?

I heard the enterainment district and waterpark was hardcoded. Cool to know.
