please don't make a glowing gun skin or armor as they will most likely never be accepted by rust as it is a disadvantage for the users thanks!

Question for the creator: Some weapons glow for the player who has the item on/in inventory only. Does this skin glow for other players to see? For example, if I am holding this out at night, will it be spotted by enemy, or will I be the only one able to see the glowing?
