- The Ghost
From spawn to the center of the map, this project is caked in the blood, sweat, and tears of its creator. I spotted several clever uses of textures and animations, all across the landscape, and everything is painstakingly tweaked to match the overall color scheme. The line between user and developer-made venues is blurred with the submission of this map. That being said, no workshop item is without a few things one could get nit-picky about ...
- The holographic arrows pointing onwards at spawn are stagnant, and do not interact in the presence of a player
- The map is not deathmatch compatible.
Yes, I could go on about some cramped areas and other layout aspects I disagree with, but that would change the mood of this review; I am very impressed. Plus, in the end, this is not my map.
Jolly good work, you are likely to snag the title for best map visuals or however it's officially worded.
