I agree with Sansha, this mod is a good idea but "1 soul = 1 perk" is very cheap and makes me feel like I'm using the console to add perks ! 10 souls for 1 perk seem to be a reasonable price.

I've found that if you use this mod to perk up a new character it counts as a level every time you use it without physically levelling you up. I perked up my sneak and pickpocketing on a new character and was fighting level 30-40 npc's whilst on level 2. I'm gonna have to start again.

I love it. Had way too many dragon souls and only a couple of words left to complete. I've already completed the main questline, so I felt kind of cheated out of what to do with all those dragon souls. This allows me to bring up some of the perks I'd neglected in my smashing and bashing.

This is not a copy paste. The system it opperates on is different.
I find it better than the others and the perks more realistic.
Not overpowered atall.
I'll be sticking with this mod and not changing to alternatives that do similar.
