Only thing that would make it better is a way to disable the smooth follow on coasters. The cam tends to look into the corners way too early before a bank/curve with certain builds. I have a coaster uploaded to steam that shows this on all the launching straight track and is hard to watch. Since it keeps moving automatically. Would rather just have the straight look.
Anyways keep up the great work!
- sometimes works immediately. sometimes it does nothing.
- pressing the camera button works like 50% of the time.
- when it does work, entering camera view seems to disable ambient audio from the rest of the game. so when I'm on a coaster I can't hear the sound of the track or the peeps on the ride. the effects don't return until I press ESC and exit the camera view.
are these known issues? does this just happen to everyone?
Freecam right-click is uncomfortable. Both for right and left handers.
It would be nice to select the train you want. It seems to be that every attraction has one fixed train for the coaster cam.
also its pretty unfortunate that the rails make no sound, but that's probably very hard to fix with a mod.
I also have sound bugs when using it and when another player is building something i see all the price tags after getting out of the coaster cam and they stay there.
I remember thinking it too a long time ago.
The trick is not to click the attraction. You must "mouse over" it. :)
