First - Valve have to approve it, and I might have to fix things or not.

Second - IF approved they will add it

Third - Youll most likely have to pay for it ingame - but hopefully its cheap/affordable for you all :) if it makes it

Thanks Daniel !! Im glad you feel that way it took me some time to work out the kinks you are talking about !!! Im really glad you noticed !! It really took a few goes to get the mask and especially weapon right..

Was on the fence about this one, but after seeing your first picture (w/ the smoke) it looks pretty awesome! Your ninja riki is definitely there. The blades took a while to get used to, but looking at him in the at-rest pose (especially the one where he is hunched forward), it works. I like how the circular blades fill up empty space around him!

Thank you all for your kind words. Yes I agree with the comments on the weapon. My thoughts were " Its is a risk making something completely different but keeping in the style of the ninja I thought id come up with something more unique for Riki. Sure the weapon looks similar to alot of other weapons like - halo and veng spirit or even antimage but id hope to have made it distinct enough to be a double blade but still unique. "

However in saying that I appreciate all your comments and I can certanly rework the weapon or come up with an entirely new design if thats the consensus :)
