fuk I love this mod... but now I can't play it :-(

1.1 would be a perfect excuse for someone to adopt this and update it. Its been 2 years, it would seem the original modder is no longer interested.

It's been nearly 2 years since this one was updated. I declare it Dead. Someone feel free to take over.

I just looked at the recipe file and the only things needed are steel and components, so I'm not sure why they're not buildable. Unless the classname for components has changed at some point between now and B18? Here's an example of the resources required, anyone can open the Recipes_Smith.xml file and have a look themselves.

it works partly, the guns themself work but you cant produce them as they require steel and a mysterious "ingredient" , i assume it should be components but it simply says " ingredients" which of course dont exist in the game, looks like messed up code in the recipes

Any word on someone picking this up for an update?

I actually asked on the Steam Discussions for someone to update a mod for me that hadn't been updated since like... A16? A17? And they did it. So maybe make a mod request on the discussion board, that's all we can hope for since OP abandoned his mod.

Can the creator not be greedy/lazy and just let someone else update the mod? Atleast take it down so people aren't waiting for you to get s hit done.

This mod is dead. OP was last on Steam 6 hours ago and is apparently just ignoring us. It might be time for somebody else to pick this mod up and update it since the creator doesn't seem to care about it anymore.

update* after looking into the recipes for the mod and comparing it to what error i get when trying to make them, it seems there is something wrong with how the components are defined within the recipe. I don't know too much about rimworld mods but that's the only clue i could find out

can't make gun crates. just gives "dont have the ingredients" message :( looking forward to an update on this as it looks awesome!

That's a common mix-up, but actually, "SeaRAM" and "C-RAM" are two different, related things, both developed from the Phalanx CIWS. SeaRAM is the Phalanx radar mated to a RIM-116 Rolling Airframe Missile launcher; C-RAM stands for "Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar" and it's just the land-based version of the 20mm Phalanx CIWS. I don't know why they'd make two totally different but related things sound exactly the same, but there you are. This system in this mod is in fact the C-RAM.

C-RAM actually fire missiles? Two distinctly different CIWS systems there. One being a PD Missle Launcher (Rolling Airframe Missile) the other being a 20mm Cannon of Awesome

I'm looking through the bills at the machine table, but I don't see the option to build a gun crate. Am I missing a tech or something?

Do you have any plans for making a CE patch? If not I might take a look at it, if you don't mind.
