The designer shows great love for his country and it's history, and the campaign was quite immersive. Impressive work. If anybody is still playing AOE2 HD, give it a try and enjoy the campaign.
Wanted to congratulate the author on a well made, unique campaign.

Actually I'm working on a new campaigns based on the Slavic history, but for the Definitive Edition, so your recommendations could be very helpful!
* So, the wolves are your only enemy in Mission 2? There could be a little more. I'm guessing this mission is purely for show, but even in that case, I wish it didn't take so long for the Monks to reach the other side of the road.
* In Mission 3, the Magyars are no threat to your base because you start with a tough base. They also aren't very aggressive.
* It would be nice if the Byzantines kept attacking you after their first couple of waves in Mission 4.
* Mission 5 would be harder but not overkill if you started in the Castle Age with fewer resources.
* Zaharija is a wimp! Even with his decent numbers, why does he start in the Castle Age?
Regardless, I enjoyed this campaign a lot, great job!
* The scenery is gorgeous throughout the whole campaign. You did a great job fleshing out the towns and bringing life to the Balkans!
* The entire campaign is incredibly easy. It's on par with the William Wallace learning campaign. However, I could easily imagine it being a more genuine challenge with some of the following tweaks...
You can play the game without this main menu.
There you will find a map of the Balkan Peninsula. Completing the missions (marced with Red flag) one by one you will discover on the map all the scenarios in the Campaign (Just like in the original Campaigns).
възмножно ли е да се упдейтне мода да се ползват само Византийските сгради на Катбарф и според Вас възможно ли е да направим едно ново чудо за Славяните, което да е малко по -подобаващо за периода?
Mission 4 (Boulgarophygon) is also ok with the exception of one bug (may not be a bug):
- the gate in the byzantine fortress where you have to destroy the castle is locked and the byzantines cannot exit. So their army is trapped behind the walls and I kill it either with cavalry archers or with Mangonels (onagers) without any problem. You might want to check this one out. Otherwise the mission feels and plays great :)
I think this one is a new addition after the last updates. It was quite different and cool. Clement was given by Simeon the administrative and military authority in the region of Ohrid ( wiki source [bg.wikipedia.org] )
After delivering the 3 monks you can activate a time limit (enemy wonder or something) and put as an objective to:
- Reach the imperial age and research Block Printing and Illumination technologies in the monastery
- Build a university in the 3 little villages - Clement also trained a lot of teachers (the above wiki source)
Before the timer runs out.
This will further simulate the growth and development of the region.
TLDR The mission is super awesome!!! Congrats.
Mission 1:
- The Optional Objective to Push away the Wiching's mercenaries cannot be completed (or at least I couldn't even after using marco polo cheats to see if there are any remaining enemies). I cannot get to their town center in the forest (maybe intentional). If not intentional please open the road to their TC.
- Maybe give the Wiching's player Heresy because with some careful micro I end up having a centurion and a Legionary every try.
- Maybe switch the Scout to a Light cavalry, because currently the Tarkans have the same line of sight and the Scout is kind of useless (I ended up scouting with the Tarkans for that reason)
- Also since you can heal you can safely change those 2 longbows to the Italian's Genoese crossbowman. A bit more challenging (bonus vs cavalry) and more authentic - what are 2 longbows doing on the way to Pliska as hired assassins.
I would like to say a few words about this:
Excellent modding of main menu, campaign menu, images, music and graphics. NICE!
Good historical research. I really loved to know about Bulgarian "golden age", but I think you could do something more detailed.
Sufficient entertainment from gameplay. Even tough i had fun playing it, I must say that the sceanarios are too much easy in my opinion and there are not enough triggers to make the game rich of objectives. The global design is simple and pleasant but too much linear (there are not much surprises from exploration, there are mostly obligate path towards objective) and eyecandies are totally missing.
Well, I just tested the campaign again (from a brand new profile).
After the winning in Mission 3 (Southern Buh), the Mission 4 (Boulgarophygon) is shown in the map screen (on south).
Try to resubscribe the mod or update your game.
Special thanks to @lionheartfan, @Nick Wilde & @Chen'la!
I have updated a lot things in the Mod.
I hope you will like them. :)

А възможно ли е да се направи един мод дето да даде на Славяните Византийската архитектура дето един друг потребител сега я прави и да им сменим чудото от руската църква със Златната Църква на Симеон, тя според мен е по-подходяща.
