To add hair, you use a source object with hair. For example, for the BLU Heavy I used the head of a male space marine. It depends on what kind of hair I wanted, if I was making someone with neat and tidy hair I would choose someone like a banker or businessman and if I wanted someone with facial hair I would choose someone like one of the developers or ambassador. Hopefully this helped :)

Can you tell me how to put hair and stuff? Because my workshop items d not have hair because of it doesn't look good when i put it.
