Sorry, but daedric flesh is extremely overpowered. Its basicly a buffed up dragonhide that costs less. and can be cast instantly. I find my self blowing through hordes of people way to fast thanks to "daedric flesh"
I recommend something such as:
Ignore 50% physical damage for 12 seconds
costs 250
Takes about 2 seconds to charge up
For 9 seconds after casting the spell, magic regenerates 140% Slower. This stops it from being abused.
Not affected by perks that make it cost less.
NOT Affected by mage armor.
1 handed.
Also i noticed its under the restoration type instead of alteration
I'm not saying it has to be exactly like this. Im just saying, IT REALLY NEEDS A NERF.
