make it a natural wonder but don't replace an existing one. Just make a new one thats added to the list of natural wonders when it attempts to place one on a map

I agree with failXcore, should be found, not built - I'm not a modder so I don't no if it's possible but I think it would be best as a ruin exploration result, the original monolith in 2001 is too small to be in the same class as a holy mountain/massive crater/other natural wonder.

Maybe just a one-off massive science bonus (two free techs etc?)

We haven't found a way to mod natural wonders yet, but you could move it to a future era and pretend they are plans from aliens given to us, if that fits your tastes better.

Shouldn't it be found rather than built? Like a natural wonder, tho i don't know if those are moddable.
