I'm looking forward to where you go with this mod. The cockpit LCDs that Fishy came up with were just BRILLIANT until the update that nuked the whole idea. I've got no experience modding for SE yet, but I do have 20+ years of professional software engineering under my belt - and customisable cockpits are what I'd like to get into. @Assile That's why I'm asking. Having to put LCDs for scripts outside the cockpit is annoying in my opinion.

Ok, just waiting to see if the fix the render bug making it appear outside the cockpit.

suggestion why not make a fighter visor like this too

@Assile Yeah that's what inspired me to make this one. I was trying to get a hold of the author of that mod to take over and update it so it works. Unfortunately no luck so I'll continue with this one.

@Sibz @Makaronowyninja There used to be a mod that added multiple displays in the cockpit over the non-functional existing ones. It unfortunately hasn't been updated yet and has all the screens upside down... So something like that would rock :)

Are you going to make more cockpit HUD & LCDs?

@lexkra51 Ensure you have the correct rotation of the block as per screenshot. The bar lines up between door and top of the cockpit.

Cheers, I wish it could be done with transparent material like glass rather than this dithering technique. If that was possible it would allow for much better looking and adjustable transparent LCDs. But hey, it does the trick :)

Brilliant! We need lots more people to be designing transparent panels, they are awesome. Good job.
