If it spawns (and since it is a train it will only spawn at invisible stations at the end of tracks that go to the edge of the map or in stations you place) and you can't place it, then that asset is a vehicle that will move, and in this case it will move on the train tracks. if you find it in the 'Find It!' menu or in the 'props' tab of the 'park' tab (or in some menu that allows you to place stuff) then its a prop, and wont move
