Should specify that this adds player clothing items. Noone wants to download mods that dont say what they do or dont show what they add. ( not trying to be rude but seeing alot of people do this lol )

It's the modder's friend as an NPC. Opening the collection this mod is a part of explains that. That said, I have also been wondering for a while the purpose of these mods. Thought these characters were part of some obscure anime or some such.
