Given the most recent cosmetic additions this will most likely be in whatever springtime update Valve gives us this year. Not to say this isn't well-done or anything, but the prevalence of cutesy Balloonicorn items outside of pyroland is starting to wear on me. Frankly the idea isn't very original and I think it's a bit sad to see workshop reverting to "what is most likely to sell well" instead of coming up with genuine, interesting ideas.
