For sure. I haven't modded this game in awhile so i can't go into detail. But yes it could be done.

Theres anyway to make this the reverse?, like changing the levelling cap but for more like from 2Xp to 4 Xp

@shardinhand it does not raise max hero level above 6. Just changes the exp required to level up.

Or it could be edited where the gear and skills can be upgraded every other level. That way you could purchase new gear and skills at levels 2,4,6,8, and 10.

Ah. That I would have to test out. I want to say yes it's possible of adding levels and that shouldn't be a big deal. However... editing all of the Heroes Upgrades and Building Upgrades for additonal gear and skill levels would take awhile.

nonono. To rebalance leveling system and add more levels above current max (say - set max hero level to 10, but unlock new skills and gear not on each level, but once per few)

The amount of exp to level up has been reduced so instead of let's say needing 8 exp to reach level 2 you only need 6 exp. This is different from the other mods that change the amount exp you get from a quest, as they would just increase the exp dropped.
