Your mod did not work, I played for the kings of the tombs, and the granison did not increase the experience (in any way) for 12 moves.

Is there a way you can get it to increase garrison armies' exp like the High Elf Training Centres does? I compared the two effects in PFM and they had the same exact stuff but this one doesn't level up Tomb Kings' garrisons.
