GARRISON BUILDINGS INCREASE XP OVER TIME

Sometimes i think garrisons are a bit useless if u are more in offensive wars - now its quite good to have some defensive buildings in peace to level up ur troops.

Minor Town Defensive Buildings: +25 / +50 XP per round
Major Town Defensive Buildings: +25/ +50 / +100 XP per round
