I'm going to give this little cottage a try. I've been searching for a suitable house mod for nearly a year now, and I hope this delivers. The Workshop is pretty limited when it comes to options.
this mod is excellent, its stable you can store your crap without worrying about it being deleted
its lore friendly and doesent have any "gimmes"
the atmosphere is just superb, the basement is dark, dank, you can almost feel it, the main floor is small, a bit cramped, but so is the rest of the house, but plenty of moving room. has a very homey feeling.
the locationis also rather conviniant, atleast for me, as thats where i spend most of my time in game.
I love the desk area upstairs, you have designed the whole house so well, all 5 of my followers bumbled round without a problem.
A star of hom that will be in my load order again
Many thanks
These are my current settings:

Curious if it works for you, Martell !
@Ticklefeather: Glad you like your neigborhood ! I was asking myself if someone actually notices the hey in the ceiling :) But it doesn´t matter. You do not see all the details, but your brain does, right ?
I actually had to redo the lightning 3 times, because I wasn´t aware of the light limits per object. Learned the hard way. As for the exterior navmesh: I´ll fix it... if I can find some tutorials for it :/
@all: Check out Ticklefeather´s house mod "Bjargfellheim". It´s a little bit south from Frostflake Top and it makes a perfect addition, since it has a smelter and a trader.

Now you just need to fix that exterior Navmesh and it's just about perfect.
I have already found the perfect spots and started shaping the terrain a little bit.
One would be a druid characters home, a large tent (so no loading zones) on a high cliff. Or a dark mage / witch house in the vulcanic east march. But I can´t decide with wich to start with :) Depends on the character I want to play next I guess...
Also, if you use the mod "Bjargfellheim" by Ticklefeather (http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=73062240) you have get a nice neigbor with a smelter and a trader.
