I believe it is this mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=235706478&searchtext=hud for the hud itself and https://www.gamemaps.com/details/6161 is for the animated health bars

No sorry i had to brighten the photo, (its not a great photo im going to change it when i get around to it lol)

however you can get your game to look like that with sweetfx/enb, but i dont bother using it anymore though since i use the color correction mods which darkens the game a little bit and changes the atmosphere

About the lighting in the screenshot... Was it edited in post or is that how your game actually looks? if it's the ladder, what mods are you using?
